I’m Looking Forward To This

What are you looking forward to?

I wanted to share with you that during this time the simple act of shifting your focus can make a difference in how you feel, and how you show up for yourself and your loved ones daily. I mentioned to you last week all the things that I was doing to get out of my rut, but a big part of that has also been to looking ahead and trying to see pass what is happening right now.  I’ve started looking ahead to the day that we can visit our family and friends again, traveling, being out in public, and of course being with you in the studio and working out.  

I’m also staying on top of my workouts, and this weekend I attended 2

Codfish Fritters

classes online, which was a wonderful feeling being that I normally would not have the time to do so.  This week’s schedule is below and we hope that you will make it online and get sweaty with us! I’m trying to cut down on

the baking so I’ve fine-tuned my ‘codfish fritter’ making, by calling my sisters to get the recipe right. That small act of getting their input made our time in the kitchen that more special because my sisters had a hand in making them.
