We are a small group of dedicated and passionate instructors that are ready to meet you where you are physically and provide a safe place for you to show up, get stronger, and have fun while doing it. Our Pilates studio offers Pilates and Barre classes as well as private, duet, or small group sessions. Our offerings are designed to help you improve core strength, and flexibility and get more tone throughout your muscles.

SPYNE Pilates, a Pilates Studio for YOU!

At SPYNE Pilates Studio our approach is based on a contemporary adaptation of the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Its aim is to optimize musculoskeletal performance – strength, endurance, and flexibility – without the risk of injury or building bulk. The exercises are graded into essential, intermediate, and advanced levels to allow for progression. 

As Joseph Pilates said, “A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours of doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion.

It was very fun. This was my first barre class and I had no clue what to expect. Everyone there was very informative and friendly. The class size is small, so if you need help or to fix the way of a movement, they are there for you. It was a very nice experience.

I used to run, spin and do everything cardio. Doing Pilates was a big change for me!  Simone will explain every set thoroughly by showing you the proper exercise and then the modification ( in my case). She will push you to challenge yourself while avoiding injury!!
