How are you……how are you really doing during this pandemic? Sorry I’ve been MIA, but these are just unusual times. Being at home and working from home is not what it’s cracked up to be and adding home schooling to the mix for some of us, well let’s just say we were pushed over the edge.
Having all that to deal with and keeping on top of your fitness/health game is not that easy. I’ve been in a rut since the studio closed March I8th. I thought I had it all under control but during these times my challenges have multiplied and if my schedule is light it automatically changes into a “stay in jammies all day” and snack kind of day. One thing that has kept me going and out of my PJ is teaching online privates/classes and seeing all your lovely faces, and hearing about what you’ve been doing. Over the last 2 weeks I’ve changed my routine and I’m doing way better, next week I’ll tell you more about how I did that and how I try to keep motivated. Please share what you’ve done and suggestions.
Respond and really let me know how you and your family are doing, even if it’s just to say “I’m good” or “all good here”.
