We are a small group of dedicated and passionate instructors that are ready to meet you where you are physically and provide a safe place for you to show up, get stronger, and have fun while doing it. Our Pilates studio offers Pilates and Barre classes as well as private, duet, or small group sessions. SPYNE Pilates, a Pilates Studio for YOU!
At SPYNE Pilates Studio our approach is based on a contemporary adaptation of the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Its aim is to optimize musculoskeletal performance – strength, endurance, and flexibility – without the risk of injury or building bulk. The exercises done are graded into essential, intermediate, and advanced levels to allow for progression.
As Joseph Pilates said, “A few well-designed movements, properly performed in a balanced sequence, are worth hours of doing sloppy calisthenics or forced contortion.“
